Cadbury Mini Eggs Cheesecake Dip
Cadbury Mini Eggs are always featured at our Easter table and Easter egg hunt. And, the girls and I decided to add it to the base of one of our favorite dips. Friends, this cheesecake dip is amazing.
We love the soft smooth dip and the burst of chocolate mini eggs in each bite. It’s such a great flavor experience. You need to give this Easter dip a go, you won’t regret it.
There’s no need to turn on your oven and you can prepare this ahead of time so you get to be involved in the all-important Easter egg hunt with no children anxiously waiting for you.
Why Make This Recipe
- No bake: When it’s a festive time, I prefer using a few less intensive recipes like this one so it frees up time for other recipes or activities.
- Crowd pleaser: Get ready to make this dip on repeat. It’s creamy and full of flavor and your guests will love it.
- Easy to make with a handful of ingredients: I love recipes that have minimal ingredients and are fuss-free to make but are so popular among guests.

Ingredients Notes
- Cream cheese – Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture. Make sure it’s softened to room temperature, so it blends easily without lumps.
- Powdered sugar – Also known as confectioners’ sugar. It adds sweetness and helps keep the dip smooth. Don’t substitute with granulated sugar, as it won’t dissolve properly.
- Vanilla extract – Adds additional flavor. Use pure vanilla extract for the best taste.
- Heavy whipping cream – This makes the dip light and fluffy. Whip it until soft peaks form. Try not to over-whip, or it might turn grainy.
- Cadbury mini chocolate Easter egg candies – You can also use M&M Easter pastel-colored candies or any other candy you enjoy.
