We, Ivy Enterprises, are an emerging enterprise. We deal in export-import, sourced news, guest posting, eCommerce, and WordPress web solutions.  Ivylearnings.com and Zittrex.com are the two websites we are currently running.
We export from India to all over the world. We have an extensive range of products and categories which are provided by different manufacturers and suppliers. We do not introduce any product to our customers until we ourselves are not satisfied with the quality and price. We believe in building good and trustworthy business relationships with our customers. We personally visit manufacturer and supplier locations to audit. As a buyer you might have some questions in your mind. Below are some expected questions with answers. 
  1. We offer the complete package of business, from starting to till the end. We find products according to customer’s needs or find manufacturers who can create products according to customer’s needs. We purchase the decided product quantity from the manufacturer or supplier. We pack the consignment and ship it to the desired location. We follow up until the consignment has reached the customer.
  2. We built trust with transparency: No doubt there is a lot of fraudery going on in this world. To avoid this we give each and every update after we receive the order. We use video calls to implement transparency. For example, if the customer wants to see what products we are sending. we do not just share images but confirm with live video calls. Because of this customers will be satisfied that the exporter is genuine and working on the project.
  3. Genuine Quality Products: We do not believe in one-time business. For this, we avoid cheap quality products. When customers approve the sample products we ensure the same quality till the end.
  4. Quick Process: We process orders quickly once we receive payment and update customers at every level of the process.
  5. Best Price: We offer the best and most reasonable price to our customers for mutual benefits. This means that we understand customers’ needs and take care of their profit margins as well.
  6. We have all the required registrations from the Government of India. GST, IEC, FIEO, AD Code Etc.
  7. We believe in documentation, and written facts and there will be no hidden cost. There are only 10% charges on the final deal. Handling and shipping costs will be extra. 
Process
  1. The customer asks and pays for sample products.
  2. We ship sample products to the customer.
  3. The customer approves and asks for a quotation.
  4. We send quotation to the customer.
  5. Customers place orders.
  6. We purchase products from suppliers and manufacturers.
  7. We pack the consignment and ship to the desired location.
 Payment Terms
  1. 100% advance payment is required from the customer. This means customer pays first and then we ship to the customer.
  2. 10% service charges on final billing.
  3. Shipping and handling cost will be extra. This is depending on the weight, size, fright rate, and country to country.
  4. Only TT (Telegraphic Transfer or Bank to Bank or wire) payment mode is accepted.
  5. This is mandatory to mention the port of loading and port of discharge in the Instruction of TT.
Payment  Options Are: Paypal, Escrow, Payoneer, and Direct Bank Transfer to USA, UK And India Bank Account.
