Best Eiffel Tower Photo Spots #1 – Pont de Bir Hakeim Bridge
This is one of the most popular Eiffel Tower views and photo spots and for a good reason! I would even dare say one of the best Eiffel Tower photo spots. The Pont de Bir Hakeim Bridge provides a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower with the Seine River in the background. You can get a great view of the tower in the background. I suggest getting there early to avoid the crowds and to photograph the Eiffel tower without people in them.
Personally, the best time of the day to take photos from Bir Hakeim Bridge is later in the afternoon around sunset to get the best photos. Each time I’ve seen around then, there are barely any people there making it a great spot to take photos. The Pont de Bir Hakeim Bridge is one of my favorite places to take Eiffel Tower photos and has such Parisian charm.
Best Eiffel Tower Photo Spots #2 – Trocadero Gardens
The Trocadero Gardens are located in front of the Palais de Chaillot. This is a great spot to get a photo of the Eiffel Tower because you can get a full view of it from the observation deck. I also love how there are trees in the Trocadero Gardens which make for a lovely backdrop in photos. However, be careful as this can be quite a busy spot during the day. This can be a great place to get a photo of the Eiffel tower at night. This is probably one of the most popular Eiffel tower photo spot shown on social media.
Best Eiffel Tower Photo Spots # 3 – Top of the ARC de Triomphe
If you want an Eiffel Tower photo with a birds-eye view, then you’ll want to go to the top of the ARC de Triomphe. From here, you can see the entire city and get a great photo of the Eiffel Tower view in the distance. ARC de Triomphe is one of the top photo spots in Paris. I recommend going early in the morning or right before sunset to avoid the crowds and to get the best light.
Keep in mind that you will need to climb stairs to get to the top of the ARC de Triomphe. If you aren’t in good shape, I don’t suggest going as it’s quite narrow and you will only be able to go up. This is one of my favorite photo spots to get an entire view of Paris and photograph the Eiffel Tower. It’s definitely worth the trek.
The Debilly Footbridge is one of the most beautiful photo spots that provide a great Eiffel Tower photo opportunity. Best Eiffel Tower Photo Spots # 6 – Castel Café
From the road at Castel Cafe, you can get a great Eiffel Tower photo. This is a great place to take an Eiffel Tower selfie as there are not many people around. I recommend going in the morning or at night for the best photos without people. The Eiffel Tower is so close to this cafe, which makes it one of my favorite places to take photos. I’ve always visited in the evening and felt like it was also less popular place to take photos of the Eiffel tower than some other alleys’ that are recommended.

The Champ de Mars is a large public park located near the Eiffel Tower. This is a great spot to take photos of the Eiffel Tower because you can get a close-up view of it. The Montparnasse Tower is a great Eiffel Tower photo spot because it provides a panoramic view of the city. From here you can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance and get a great photo of it. It is an observation tower that requires tickets. It’s most popular among photographers to visit during sunset.
Best Eiffel Tower Photo Spots # 9 – Pont d’Iéna
Pont d’Iéna is probably one of the most popular photo spots to take Eiffel tower photos in Paris. I added this into the post, although I don’t find it to be one of the best spots. It’s quite crowded and it can be difficult to get a good photo. You’ll see a lot of people walking into the middle to take their photos which I find can be rude and dangerous. However, at Pont d’Iéna you can get some from the sidewalk, and just walk along as needed.
Best Eiffel Tower Photo Spots # 10 – Rue Saint Dominique
Rue Saint Dominique was included because it’s recommended by many. I found the Eiffel Tower to be too far away from this street. However, Rue Saint Dominique is a nice street with cafes like Café Le Recrutement and restaurants. You can get take pictures of the Eiffel Tower in Paris if you walk down to the end of the street. Rue Saint Dominique is a great place for dinner and view the Eiffel Tower. Café Le Recrutement Parisian Charm is one the reasons it’s one of the most photographed cafes in Paris.

Eiffel Tower Photo Spots # 12 – Galeries Lafayette
Now, this actually doesn’t really have a great view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, but it has a great view of the entire city.
